Conventional foam pads absorb polish too quickly. This reduces polish and pad performance because most of the polish is trapped below the working surface of the pad. CCS technology™ solves this common problem using stategic patterns of partially closed foam cells.

What is Foamed Wool?

Patented nanofoam process encapsulates the base of the lambswool fibers with microscopic polyfoam particles.

Benefits:

PERFORMANCE - Cuts like natural sheepskin but finishes like a foam pad. Aggresively removes P1500 grit scratches, leaving a lustrous finish with no hazing by reducing compounding swirls.

DENSE BODY - Foamed fibers resist caking and matting.Foaming process also creates minute air pockets at the base of the fibers, which improves cushioning and retention of compounds and polishes.

CONSISTENT QUALITY - Manufacuring process produces a uniform material, resulting in consistent pad performance ... unlike performance reducing variances that can occur with naturla sheepskin pads.

MINIMAL LINTING - Foaming process locks in the lambswool fibers, significantly reducing linting.

DA Adapter
The 2 7/8 inch backing plate screws directly onto any circular polisher with a 5/8 inch diameter shaft. Use 4 inch pads, 3.5 inch pads, or Cyclo 4 inch pad with this backing plate. Note: Adapter LC-46-230DA will be needed to use with a DA polisher.


The Lake Country D.A. adapter allows your dual action polisher to accept a rotary backing plate. The adapter works with any of our rotary backing plates. LC-46-230DA
